We welcome you to Del Rio Convalescent Center and Gardens Care Centers.
We specialize in the care and treatment of residents who require an enclosed environment to ensure their comfort and safety. Our four and one/half acres of landscaped grounds are fenced and available for our resident's use, providing an ideal environment for the confused or wandering individual.
Del Rio Convalescent Center, ninety-nine beds and Del Rio Gardens Care Center, eighty-four beds are licensed as Skilled Nursing Facilities by the California Department of Health Services.
We invite you to take your own personal tour of our fine nursing facilities and beautiful grounds.
In order to provide home-like accommodations, each resident's personal living area is already furnished. However, we encourage residents to personalize their room if they wish. Please check with our Nursing or Social Service Departments concerning the appropriateness of items brought into the facility.
All items brought into Del Rio are contingent on our Theft and Loss program. Strict adherence to this program is vital.
Smoking at Del Rio is strictly controlled and monitored by staff. Please do not leave smoking materials with residents. Details of our smoking policies and procedures are posted on the information boards at each facility.
